Chicken & Biscuits

1 can Campbell's Healthy request Cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup fat free evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1/4 teaspoon paprika
pepper to taste

1 can reduced fat Grands biscuits (4 pts each)

Cook chicken-set aside. In pot sprayed with PAM- add onion, and mushroom. Cook over medium heat until soft. Add in
paprika, bouillon, pepper, can of soup, water, and evaporated milk. Stir well, add chicken and frozen vegetables. Heat through serve with Grands biscuits.
